Each session Chris crafts is unique, beginning with an introduction, a short guided Yoga Nidra meditation, and a transformative sound journey featuring handcrafted Didgeridoos, crystal bowls, chimes, handpan, drum, and gong, culminating in a guided meditation to ground participants.
