History and philosophy,

The practice is relatively new, gaining popularity in the mid 20th century. However, is history is rooted in ancient philosophy. It is a relaxation and meditative technique that focuses on staying in the state between wakefulness and sleep. It's objective is to help with creativity restoration among other benefits. It can also help to reduce anxiety and access the subconscious mind yoga. Nedra is often used in the end of class during Savasana. A main component of this practice is Nas, which is a Tantric tactic, or you will awaken the prana Breath within different parts of the body through meditative observation.

The sounds the singing bowls produce are said to create a kind of energy that may center the frequencies of the body, mind, and soul. Playing these bowls has also been said to cause the left and right sides of the brain to synchronize together, creating a peace and calm during meditation.
